The e-Learning Quality Certification Center aims to: 1) Provide the evaluation guidelines and review mechanisms for the e-learning courseware and services; 2) Effectively assist the e-learning service providers to meet the certification requirements of the e-learning quality valuation guidelines; 3) Improve the e-learning quality in Taiwan; and 4) Advance the global recognition of the Taiwan’s e-learning industry.
