Eight big faces the control chart like underneath to explain
The e-Learning Service Certification can provide organizations and institutes that implement e-learning or provide e-learning services with related instructions and references for e-learning; namely services such as Learner support, Instructor support, Program development, Course design, Instructional process, Organizational support, Technology, and Evaluation.
 

Furthermore, in order to support and encourage current development of the e-learning industry in Taiwan, the standard divides the quality certification for e-learning service into “Certification for Learning Unit Service Quality”, “Certification for Course Service Quality” and “Certification for Program Service Quality”, which apply to different types of e-learning services provided by various organizations.

‧Curriculum – Organizational support、Evaluation、Technology
‧System – Instructional process、Course design、Program development

  • Standard 1.1:Online availability of course information to learners.
  • Standard 1.2: Provision of training course to learners about the online learning system.
  • Standard 1.3: Provision of learner support and assistance.

  • Standard 2.1:Provides instructors with training courses of how to use the online learning system, and offers online assistance at all times.
  • Standard 2.2:Assist the instructors to turn supplementary materials into online materials.
  • Standard 2.3:Assist the instructors to manage the learner’s questions.
  • Standard 2.4:Providing interaction mechanism among the instructors.

  • Standard 3.1 :Program development must have systematic analysis, design, and review on the program’s objectives and structure
  • Standard 3.2 :The content of program courses must comply with the e-Learning Courseware Quality Standard.
  • Standard 3.3 :Program has complete structure with appropriate amount of online courses implemented.
