- Specifications labeled in green are mandatory; and specifications labeled in gray are optional.
- Mandatory specifications are specifications that must be satisfied by the e-learning courseware, and courseware that cannot satisfy the 8 mandatory specifications will not receive the certification.
- Pass criteria for the mandatory specification are :
- a.If the specification includes 3 items, then at least 2 items must be certified as “Pass”;
- b.If the specification includes 2 items, then both items must be certified as “Pass.”

E-learning must provide the accurate learning contents with appropriate organization and precise presentation. This way the student will be able to absorb the expected courseware and learning contents.

Criteria 2. Must match the content title and hours, where the contents feature appropriate depth and breadth.
Criteria 3. Chapters are appropriately portioned with appropriate contents. |
The e-learning must provide the student with smooth navigation functionality for the learning activity. The student will be able to effectively control their personal learning schedule and progress.

The e-learning must be consistent with the instructional design and contents, thereby providing students with precise learning goals, clear presentation of learning contents, and appropriate learning strategies. The student can benefit from this design with improved understanding to the contents, good learning interactivity, and appropriate evaluation and feedback etc.

The “Creativity” section is optional for the submitter, and the results will also be included to the total score. To encourage the “Creativity” presentation in the e-learning, the submitter will highlight their creative examples from the lecture contents, learning guide, instructional design, instructional media, and other sections. The review committee will review the examples upon the review meeting.
