e-Learning Courseware Quality Standard was drafted by the e-Learning Quality Planning
Team after prudent considerations. Related professionals, scholars, and
e-learning companies across country were then invited to attend regular
discussions to integrate the professional opinions and practical experience.

of the Standard includes aspects for the e-learning courseware quality planning
considerations, quality dimensions, application scope, level of certification,
specifications of e-learning courseware quality, check items of evaluation,
evaluation requirements, and certification procedure.
